Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer a return option. All services rendered by Medigrow Hub are considered final.

3. Rescheduling Diagnostic Appointments

We understand that circumstances may change. Patients have the flexibility to reschedule their diagnostic appointments. Please contact us at least [24/48] hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to request a rescheduling. The new appointment will be based on patient availability and our scheduling capacities.

4. Report Delivery

We ensure that the reports for any diagnostic tests conducted will be delivered within 24 hours from the time of sample collection. This commitment is subject to the condition that there are no unforeseen technical or operational delays.

5. Refund Policy

As we do not offer return of services, our policy generally does not accommodate refunds. However, in exceptional cases where a service is not rendered due to reasons attributable to Medigrow Hub, we may consider issuing a refund. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
